![]() The first spending spree after hitting that 10x brick where you get every single character is now the highlight of any LEGO game play through. By HeadFish on JLego Jurassic World, Red Bricks Scattered throughout the four HUB worlds there are twenty red bricks to find. Lego Star Wars II had you earning around one million studs for EVERY SINGLE MULTIPLIER if you do the math, and that was brutal.Īll that to say, after you get 10x you can buy anything you want with no consequences, and that feels awesome. Some older games break the mold, of course, and accounted for the multiplier in the cost of each red brick. By the time you need x10, your multiplier is so high that all you need to do is like, run in a circle. ![]() For x2 you’re just playing the story and not even paying attention to how many studs you need, and everything after x4 can be earned in just 2-4 levels, tops. Typically, the x4 multiplier requires the most grinding. Because of this, sometimes I’ll free play the x2 red brick level before I finish the story so I can buy that as SOON as I can afford it. The only thing I regularly cheat at is looking up what red bricks are in what levels so I can quickly get what’s most advantageous to me.Ī lot of modern LEGO games have enough studs to help you reach the cost of the x2 multiplier before you even complete the story. There I do stud multipliers before anything else, then I can get whatever I want. There, I do story mode -} free play levels -} hub world collectibles. I think of it like there are 2 progression scales I’m doing at the same time. Of course after a while I start using the minimap or radar to find the few last ones I need to do, but I like to do it as casually as possible. I don’t really do it one area at a time, but instead I just fly/drive/walk around and see what activities I happen to pass by. From then on I just randomly go around the hub doing quests and puzzles, while trying to use different characters each time. What I usually do is finish the story first, then do some free roaming to get all the detector red bricks I need when replaying levels in free play, and when that’s done I go over all the levels to collect the characters and minikits (I hate having to replay a level multiple times, replaying is my least favorite thing in LEGO games. So I try to get those two things (replaying levels and collecting characters) out of the way first. And I also want to use as many characters as I can before a game’s over. My favorite aspect of LEGO games is free roaming, and my least favorite is replaying levels in free play mode. LEGO: Legends of Chima: Laval's Journey (NDS & PSV ONLY) ![]() You will need to hit a quota in each level to earn True Survivor status, and the easiest way to get there is to. LEGO: Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures Studs are the currency in Lego Jurassic World, and they are EVERYWHERE in this game. But all gameplay videos must have the flair.
